El Salvador
- For our halfway homes, the Hope and Promise Houses, that are closing due to the discontinued funding from a major donor. Pray for the mothers and babies and the teenage girls who will be relocated back into government-run institutions or back into homes with relatives, family members, or local church members.
- For the boys in the Faith House; for their for spiritual growth, maturity, and leadership qualities to develop. Pray that God will teach them discipline and love and compassion for others. Pray for needed leadership within the home.
- For Edward, the Director of Partnerships and Alliances, living in El Salvador--for wisdom, discernment, and strength.
Tegucigalpa
- The girls in the Hope House (Hogar Torrech); for their relationships with God and with one another to grow and be strengthened, and for them to find grace and love in Christ. Please pray for our staff to find joy each day.
- For Kara, a full-time volunteer missionary living at the Hope House; that she finds strength in God to adjust and endure the challenges and uncertainties of mission work.
- For the staff at Rebirth detention center, that God would continue to give them love for the boys. For the devotionals held each morning, that God would reveal Himself to the boys each day and to the government staff that attend them.
- For Miriam, our Tegucigalpa Coordinator. For God to give her wisdom and leadership.
San Pedro Sula
- For Nueva Esperanza, an orphanage in SPS. It is over capacity with children. Please pray that God will send workers and caregivers for the children, and that He will bring peace and safety to the kids.
- For the girls at Mujeres Adolescentes to accept and know Christ! Please pray for Olga and the staff as they mentor these young girls.
- For the Genesis Center: for the campus repairs the facility and roof, for much needed supplies and resources, for the completion of the exterior wall, and for the 3 boys who currently reside there.
